What's Included in Our Preventative Maintenance Plan

as low as

$99

Two visits per year: one to test heat and one to test cooling.
Inspect all filters. New filters or cleaning EAC filters are not included.
Check the system in cooling & heating.
Check all electrical connections.
Amp all motors and check operations.
Test all capacitors. Capacitors are tested under load conditions. Plus or minus 10% of its microfarad rating is allowed.
Test electrical contactor. Inspect electrical points.
Test electrical control board operations.
Inspect electrical power disconnect wire connections & boxes.
Check all moving parts to ensure the mounting and adjustments are set correctly.
Inspect condensate drain line. Adequate connections & piping.
Flush the condensate drain line with bleach/water solution.
Check all safeties and system lock outs.
Checked refrigerant levels via superheat and/or the sub cooling. (Refrigerant is not included in inspections.)
Inspect condenser coil.
